How to Become a Client
This kind of full service relationship requires a great deal of time to be given to our clients. It also involves a commitment to keep the client as the highest priority. It can only be offered to a limited number of people at any given time.
If you want to become a client,
- The first step is to let your Buyer’s Agent know, or contact us with this request. We think interviewing and learning about your agent is essential, and we will help you arrange this. You must be comfortable with the person to assist you in this purchase.
- The process begins with a meeting at our office or in your home to learn about your goals, desires, and timing. We will also present information and ideas for success.
- When you are ready and comfortable, perhaps even after searching for some homes together, we have a simple agreement about mutual expectations and commitments.
- We have a Client Satisfaction Guarantee. If we fail to live up to our commitments, you may terminate the agreement. We will discuss this with you before you sign the agreement.
- When we know that you are committed to us, we are then free to focus our efforts for you and not try to play a numbers game. Essentially, you are using the commissions (paid to us by the seller) to retain us for you. This is a win-win scenario.
