What time of day or evening, or what days of the week are best to communicate or to view prospective properties? How precise do you want them to be about the property description you give?
- Ask the broker to show you properties so you can see them in action. Are they helpful, insightful, and appropriate? Do your personalities blend well? Was it a profitable time?
- Is this the kind of person who will serve you well and you can have confidence in?
- If so, communicate your desire to be on their ‘A’ List of clients and set them free to work for you.
