After working for several years as a small business owner, property manager and general manager, I decided it was time to do something I really enjoyed and became a licensed real estate broker. Although the real estate market has been very slow these past few years, I have never regretted the decision. I love real estate. I love meeting new people and tackling the challenges that are inherent in every transaction.
My real estate philosophy is simple... “Putting Service Ahead of Sales”. It’s about respect, integrity, hard work, and ultimately positive results. As a Real Estate Principal Broker, I have one mission….to work in the best interest of my clients.
I have experience in all types of real estate. I have assisted many first time home buyers, retirees purchasing that “final” home, investors and many others. I have sold properties throughout Yamhill County and beyond. Let my experience go to work for you.
Property management is another area of real estate that I am involved in. I currently manage about 70 individual rental units for our owner clients and I’m always seeking to add new properties. We use a state of the art software system designed specifically for property management that allows us to operate efficiently and productively in order to maximize our client’s investments so they can achieve their financial goals.
The Bella Casa Real Estate Group is a real estate cooperative. Although it is made up of individual brokers who are able to customize their real estate business the way they want, it is also a team atmosphere which creates a dynamic that enables us to pool our collective resources and experience whenever necessary to insure our client’s needs are met. |

My wife, Khonda, and I will celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary this year. We have 4 children, Makenna, Brock, Joelle and Dawson. We are a family that strives to serve God by serving others. We also love to travel, read, play sports and enjoy life together. |
