Hello, I’m Joy Dale, and I have lived in Oregon all my life, primarily in Yamhill County. I graduated from Linfield College with a degree in Marketing and Advertising in 1990. I recently returned from a year abroad, exploring England, which is similar to Yamhill County in its weather patterns as well as the richness and diversity of the countryside. I am very passionate about this region, and I am so glad to be home. Home is where the heart is, and my home is definitely here.
My career path has included work in Graphic Design & Marketing and Product Research and Development, during which time I founded and ran my own company called Quan Graphics. Among my many projects as a Graphic Designer, I participated in the research and development of the Evergreen Aviation Museum, including interior planning, product development for gift shop items, vineyard research for Evergreen Vineyards, and I helped plan the entrance of the Spruce Goose into its current location inside the museum. I have worked as a Project Manager for a division of United Health Care, pioneering the migration of an existing sales force tool to a larger, web-based system.
I am married and have three children, a daughter and two sons. My oldest daughter attends the Art Institute of Portland, majoring in Fashion Marketing (not my strong suit!), and my two boys are in local Newberg schools. I’ve always said that my children are my greatest accomplishment, and I am so grateful that they chose me to be their mom!
I was so excited to find the Bella Casa Real Estate Group, as it is a local co-op business model, where I and my colleagues choose to work alongside each other in a mutually beneficial manner. I am proud to be a part of the McCreith Team within Bella Casa because the way the McCreiths do business mirrors my own values of integrity, honesty, and valuing the needs of clients over our own needs and desires.
Whether looking for a first home, a retirement home, an opportunity to expand or even downsize, I look forward to partnering with diverse groups of people from all walks in life in the pursuit of their real estate goals.
Cheers!
