Why another real estate brokerage?
Because our industry has changed, it is rapidly changing, and the traditional brokerages have stayed the same.
I cut my real estate teeth in a traditional, national brand brokerage, and it never did feel good! When I examined their business model, it confirmed that it wasn’t right for me. I grew up in Keller Williams Realty which offered a creative breath of fresh air and an exceptional education for me. The influence of KW is strong in Bella Casa Real Estate Group but we wanted improvements we could only initiate if we remained independent, autonomous, and local.
Restlessness by this time also infected several other brokers in our area. We became a family in search of a better land. Some needed a fairer compensation package, some wanted to run their businesses the way they saw fit, some wanted a more professional environment, and some needed a creative place to develop. Personally, I wanted to form a family real estate team with my wife and daughter and continue make our living selling real estate. We all wanted to build the kind of brokerage that would serve our businesses, not the other way around.
With a lot of experience and education behind us, we started with a clean slate, a great group of Realtors®, and with a Realtor®-centric model in mind we formed and fashioned what we all dreamed of!
