Bella Casa is grateful to be able to serve the greater Yamhill County area with two office locations - in McMinnville and Newberg, Oregon. We opened the Newberg office in November 2010, and while small, it is a sleek place to meet with clients and work. Many of our Realtors® live and work on the east side of the county, but all of our agents are able to use either the McMinnville or Newberg offices 24/7/365 as needed.

The Newberg office has been part of our business plan since we opened our McMinnville office in March of 2007. It has been a challenge considering the setbacks in our industry, but we are delighted to finally fulfill this dream. Read the press release about the opening of our Newberg office. The office is located in the historic downtown district of Newberg, on the corner of Hwy 219 (College) and Hwy 99 (1st Street), in the former Bank of America Building. The building is shared with the Law Firm of Cummins Goodman Fish Denley, & Vickers P.C.
While opening a new real estate office in a time like this is surprising, Bella Casa has continued to grow in size and in sales in spite of the challenges. Currently, with over 30 Realtors® in McMinnville, Bella Casa is not only meeting a need for a different kind of brokerage, but has become the largest real estate office in Yamhill County. Vying for the top sales numbers, Bella Casa has also recently added a property management company, and a commercial real estate operation.
