How did we do?
Of all real estate offices in Yamhill County, Bella Casa had the highest gross sales regardless of area sold.
Bella Casa helped more buyers buy properties in Yamhill County than any other office. We can bring the buyers to your home sale! This past October we opened a Newberg office location which will bring even more power to our sphere of influence.
We sold $32 million property and closed 150 sales as a brokerage. While these numbers are miniscule compared to the glory days of real estate, in this current market 150 closed sales is exceptional.
For gross sales within Yamhill County only, Bella Casa came in 3rd place, separated from 2nd place by $225,000 (the difference of one starter home) and from 1st place by less than $3 million (this is the average sale of one agent in a year).
