We’ve recently had workplace signage put up all around the office to make sure health and safety remains a priority at all times. We’ve just got to move everyone else in now and we’ll be ready to start operating.

According to Randy McCreith, Principal Broker, “This office has been part of our business plan since we opened our McMinnville office in March of 2007. It has been a challenge considering the setbacks in our industry, but we are delighted to finally fulfill this dream”. The office is located in the historic downtown district of Newberg, on the corner of Hwy 219 (College) and Hwy 99 (1st Street), in the former Bank of America Building. The building is shared with the Law Firm of Cummins Goodman Fish Denley, & Vickers P.C.
Opening a new real estate office in a time like this is surprising but Bella Casa has continued to grow in size and in sales in spite of the challenges. Currently, with over 30 Realtors® in McMinnville, Bella Casa is not only meeting a need for a different kind of brokerage, but has become the largest real estate office in Yamhill County.
