Home Ownership can be A-MAZE-ing!
Sometimes just a little too much on the MAZE side, the path to home ownership can be complicated. The more informed you are as a buyer, the smoother the path can become. A wonderful consumer publication provided by The Oregon Association of Realtors called the Oregon Property Buyer Advisory is available to all consumers. This publication is very helpful to buyers looking to connect with resources for researching the many, sometimes complicated, issues of property condition, inspection, and investigation. This publication should never take the place of hiring a professional inspector to help you evaluate the property. It does, however, help you to be a highly informed buyer and help you navigate the path to home ownership, and it is free!
